Returns and Refunds

Shipping Issues

If a product arrived broken or damaged, we will replace the damaged model(s). To receive a replacement, you must email us the day it is received at and provide the following:

  • Your name (first & last)
  • Your order number
  • Pictures of damaged or broken product(s)

We require this information to be provided the same day the product arrives to ensure the source of damaged or broken product(s). We will not be able to provide a replacement if this information is provided at a later time, we appreciate your understanding.

Printing Errors

Due to the nature of 3D printing and processing many products, there is a chance we could miss something as we process orders. In the event that we miss a printing error on a model, please send us an email at and provide the following:

  • Your name (first & last)
  • Your order number
  • Pictures of printing errors on product(s)

Please note: nubs left behind from supports required for 3D printing are not considered printing errors.

Requesting a Return

If you receive your product(s) and for whatever reason decide you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to process a return and refund. The following is required to process your return:

  • Email our support at with the following information:
    • Your name (first & last)
    • Your order number
    • Model names or pictures you wish to return
  • You will cover the cost of return shipping
  • A restocking fee of 20% will be required
  • Your refund will be issued once the products have arrived undamaged
  • Your refund will be issued to the account used to make the purchase

Returns/Refunds may be denied for the following reasons:

  • Product was returned damaged
  • Product was returned partially or fully primed or painted
  • Product was returned assembled
  • It has been more than 14 days since the order was delivered
